Major Obstetric Haemorrhage: Deep Dive

Abstract :All cases of MOH>1.5L are being investigated in Maternity Incident Review meetings. However, the leaning from incidents were not proportionate to the load of MOH cases being reviewed through incident reporting. Hence, this QIP- ‘MOH Deep Dive’ was conducted to revise the triggers for MIRM review in MOH cases.
