Green Human Resource Management (GHRM) and Sustainability: Bibliometric Analysis

Abstract :This study evaluates green human resource management studies toward sustainability, depicts emerging themes, and offers critical discussions for theory development and future research. The research topics development and performance trends in this study area are still insufficient and unclear. A bibliometric analysis was conducted to explore research trends regarding green human resource management and sustainability. Data on publications output was identified based on the Web of Science (WoS) database's research articles from 2015 to 2024. This study used VOSviewer to analyse collaboration networks among authors, countries, institutions, and co-occurrence analysis of keywords in three defined periods. 535 papers on green human resource management studies related to sustainability were identified. The valuable results obtained from this study can help scholars better understand the research development trends and research hotspots in the field of green human resource management and provide direction for future research.
