INNOVATIVE STRATEGIES FOR ENTREPRENEURIAL SUCCESS: FROM AYURVEDA TO ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE AND DIGITAL EDUCATION
Author : Dr. Itika Dahiya Dagar
Abstract : In the contemporary corporate climate, innovation has emerged as one of the most crucial pillars of entrepreneurial success. Entrepreneurs can no longer rely solely on low pricing or high-quality products in fiercely competitive and quickly evolving marketplaces. They must constantly find new opportunities, comprehend shifting customer demands, implement practical technology, and devise fresh approaches to value creation and delivery. Therefore, the creation of a completely new product or technology should not be the only definition of innovation. It may also entail enhancing an already existing product, streamlining a procedure, reaching a market that is underserved, altering a price structure, revamping the customer experience, merging current services, or converting a traditional firm into a digital platform. The main thesis is that entrepreneurial success frequently starts with a more pragmatic inquiry: "What existing problem can I solve differently, more conveniently, more affordably, or at a larger scale?" rather than the question, "What completely new product can I invent?" This method expands the definition of innovation. A physical product can become a digital experience, an underutilized asset can become a service, a platform or network can connect disparate resources, and a conventional product can be reinvented for a modern market. Innovation can take many different forms, as shown by companies and organizations in industries as Ayurveda, retail, entertainment, artificial intelligence, transportation, and education. Digital educational platforms like DELNET, Shodhganga, eGyanKosh, NDLI, Kindle, and MOOCs show how technology can change access to knowledge; Vishal Mega Mart shows affordability as a source of value; Netflix and Amazon Prime show how subscription and bundling models can transform entertainment; YouTube shows platform economics; Uber, Rapido, and BlaBlaCar show the economic value of underutilized assets; and Patanjali shows how traditional knowledge can be modernized and repositioned.
