Abstract : As artificial intelligence (AI) rapidly reshapes the global economic landscape, higher education institutions face an urgent mandate to democratize access to AI literacy and technical proficiency. This paper explores the strategic pedagogical and structural evolution at Broward College, specifically examining the development of an integrated AI curriculum and the implementation of the 'AI Blue Collar' project. We detail a multi-tiered educational framework—ranging from technical certificates to the Bachelor of Applied Science (BAS) in Data Analytics & AI—that serves as a scalable model for workforce readiness.
