Abstract :Life in the member states of the European Union has changed greatly since 2015. The waves of migration that started at that time completely turned the daily lives of the hitherto peaceful and quiet European community, the nation-states, upside down. There has always been migration, even before, but here the focus is on the sudden illegal migration, which created a completely uncontrollable panic situation in the whole of Europe. The union and the member states were not prepared for this huge, unexpected crowd, for which they have not been able to find a jointly agreed solution in almost 10 years. The problem still exists and there is no community agreement on this matter, in fact, the situation is getting worse and the union is more and more fragile.
