Abstract :As Artifi cial Intelligence (AI) continues to advance and integrate into nearly every aspect of life, its ethical implications on societies, economies, and human rights become increasingly critical. This paper introduces the Global AI Ethics Charter, a comprehensive framework aimed at establishing ethical guidelines for the development and deployment of AI technologies across nations. The charter proposes actionable steps to ensure that AI serves humanity in a way that respects human dignity, promotes societal well-being, and aligns with the global objectives of sustainability, inclusivity, and security. This paper outlines the foundational principles of the Charter, off ers a roadmap for its global implementation, and discusses its implications for various nations with diff erent socio-economic realities.
