Abstract : The Smart Admission & Seat Allocation System (SASAS) is a mobile-based application designed to automate and simplify the student admission process by replacing manual paperwork with a centralized digital platform that improves transparency, efficiency, and communication. It supports role-based access for students and administrators, where students can register, submit applications, upload documents, and track their status in real time, while administrators can verify applications, manage seat availability, and allocate seats based on merit and reservation policies. The system uses secure authentication and an automated seat allocation algorithm to reduce errors and human intervention, and it also provides real-time notifications and analytics to support better decision making.
