Intelligent Cloud Migration: A Unified Framework for Automated Assessment, Execution, and Intelligent Data Governance

Abstract : This integrated abstract synthesizes three interconnected white papers that together form a comprehensive, end-to-end blueprint for intelligent cloud migration. The series progresses logically from the strategic case for migration automation, through the technical architecture of a Real-Time Assessment Engine, and culminates in an Intelligent Data Governance Framework that ensures security, compliance, and data integrity are preserved — and actively enforced — throughout the entire migration lifecycle. Taken together, the three papers address the most critical barriers to enterprise cloud adoption: cost, complexity, risk, and regulatory compliance. They propose and validate an automation-first paradigm in which governance is not an afterthought but an embedded, continuous capability operating in lockstep with migration tooling.
