Comprehensive Sustainability Education: How Universities Cultivate Future Sustainability Professionals Through Multiple Strategies

Abstract : This study focuses on how higher education institutions implement comprehensive sustainability education through diverse strategies to cultivate future sustainability professionals. The introduction outlines the importance of sustainability education and the objectives of this research. The literature review is divided into three sections: the definitions and frameworks of sustainability education, the integration of interdisciplinary curricula, and the practical implementation of sustainability on campus. The methodology involves a survey assessing students’ learning experiences across multiple courses. The discussion analyzes the effectiveness and challenges of these strategies, and the conclusion offers recommendations for future practice. This research aims to provide a comprehensive and structured perspective to help universities optimize their sustainability education strategies.
