Alumni LinkedIn Profile Extraction and Analysis

Abstract :This paper presents a system for the extraction of relevant information from resumes of alumni from their LinkedIn accountsto gain insights into their professional and educational careers. Presently, in a world ran by big data, such data-driven analysis proves to be greatly beneficial for educational institutions. The project utilizes LLMs, RegEx, text extraction and other such means to convert profile data into structured tabular data. Then, this data is analyzed with the help of Python libraries to identify key trends such as job placement and higher education ratio. Furthermore, with the help of Ollama and Llama 3.1LLM, a chatbot interface was integrated, which helps users get information more comfortably through simple queries.
