The Problem Of Abstract Information Absorption, Throughout The Knowledge Acquisition Process By Students

Abstract :This paper examines the problem of abstraction in thinking, during the absorption of imparted knowledge by students, in the profession of social work and the humanities generally. Identifying the issue in the conceptual separation of knowledge aquisition and the conduct of practical experience as components that are perceived being separate, distinctly divided by students and thus become distant for them, while proposing, already during instruction, to gradually and segmentatively illustrate the application of knowledge by transforming general theoretical knowledge into potentially realistic scenarios, these later recognizable for combining parts of together during practical work, so that students achieve a mental connection between these two components of theory and practical application in real time
