An analytical study on Job Morivation of Teachers in Educational Institutions.

Abstract :The motivation of teachers is one of the most important foundations of educational success. A motivated teacher not only performs instructional duties effectively but also inspires students, improves institutional culture, and contributes to long-term societal progress. This study investigates the psychological, organizational, and socio-economic aspects of teacher motivation. It analyses how individual aspirations, leadership styles, resource allocation, and cultural values shape motivation levels. The paper also presents global perspectives, discusses methods of assessing motivation, and proposes innovative strategies for building and sustaining a motivated teaching force in the 21st century.
