The roles of Psychology and Language in teaching : The Biologist perspective

Abstract :The roles of psychology and language cannot be overemphasized in the effective teaching of biology as a core aspect of science. This interdisciplinary study examines how cognitive processes, emotional intelligence and social interaction strongly influence language acquisition and pedagogy. Educators are encouraged to develop effective teaching methodologies that cater for diverse learning styles coupled with enhancement of impactful teaching and learning processes. This study will discuss the roles of cognitive blases, motivation and feedback in language instruction, highlighting the importance of a supportive learning environment By integrating basic insights from psychology and biology, we can create a more comprehensive and engaging language teaching approach that facilitates cognitive and linguistic competence.
