The Material Element in the Crime of Murder Using Microorganisms of Dangerous Infectious Diseases in Jordanian Penal Legislation

Abstract :The crime of murder by poisoning, or poisoning through microorganisms and germs that cause infectious diseases, is like other forms of murder in that it requires both a material element and a mental element to be established. (1)However, what distinguishes this crime is the criminal behavior involved, which is poisoning (administering or introducing poison to the victim) by infecting the victim with a deadly infectious disease that leads to their death. (2)Therefore, we will study the criminal behavior in the first section, the criminal result in the second section, the causal relationship in the third section, and finally, the attempt to poison in the fourth section.
