Large Pedunculated Vulvar Lipoma. A Case Report

Abstract :Lipomas are benign tumors of fat arising usually in the superficial subcutaneous tissues of the trunk and limbs, in addition to that they could be found in peritoneal cavity and within muscles. Lipomas are usually fluctuant, soft, painless, subcutaneous lumps measuring from 2 t0 20 cm in diameter. Most of them are excised for cosmetic reasons. Vulvar lipomas are rare and not so many were reported in the literature. I present a case of large pedunculated vulvar lipoma in a 33- year old lady
