TO AI, OR NOT TO AI? THAT IS NO LONGER A QUESTION How Pakistani women educators are coping with the fast-changing world of AI

Abstract :The way we live, work, and connect with one another is changing as a result of Artificial Intelligence (AI). Every facet of our existence, including how we communicate, acquire knowledge, and even fall in love, might be revolutionized by it. Rapid developments in AI are having a positive impact on society as a whole and on women in particular. This paper explores the unique challenges and opportunities that AI presents to women leaders, highlighting their journey of navigating through the complexities of technological advancements while contending with societal and infrastructural constraints. It delves into their stories of resilience and determination, showcasing how they are leveraging AI to drive change and improve educational outcomes despite the fear of lagging behind. Through case studies, this paper aims to shed light on the transformative impact of AI on women's leadership in Pakistan, offering an understanding of their efforts to stay ahead in a rapidly evolving landscape. Ultimately, this study underscores the importance of supporting these trailblazers to ensure that the benefits of AI are equitably distributed, fostering a more inclusive and progressive future for education in Pakistan
