Freedom Of Speech, Thought, Conscience And Religion Are The Four Basis Of Uzbekistanʻs Development

Abstract :This article conceptually analyzes the state policy being pursued regarding freedom of speech, thought, conscience, and religion in the new phase of Uzbekistan's development. The article analyzes the process of gradual development of reforms carried out in this sphere in our country during the years of independence, approaches to regulating the state's relationship between religion and secularism. In addition, it highlights institutional and functional changes in the sphere of freedom of speech, thought, and conscience.
