Abstract :Research Objectives: • To examine the cooperation of states in the field of marine environment protection from pollution by ships; • To define the practical implementation of measures for state cooperation in the field of marine environment protection from pollution by ships; • To propose further improvements to the key areas of international cooperation policy development in the field of marine environment protection from pollution by ships. To achieve the goal of this study, the following tasks must be addressed: • To identify the problems of the current state of marine pollution from ships; • To analyze the existing norms regarding state interaction and cooperation in the protection of the marine environment from pollution by ships; • To propose further improvements in the key directions of state cooperation in marine environment protection from ship pollution.
